As an student in Radix’s Summer Job Program in partnership with Brasa, you will have the opportunity to dive into our business, working on international and/or national projects, visualizing technical challenges, and creating diverse and innovative solutions for the market. On this journey, you will also be encouraged to develop hard and soft skills with the support of professional training from market-leading suppliers. Responsibilities: 

• Work on advanced engineering and technology development projects for the industry; 
• Discuss, understand, and transcribe requirements in English; 
• Support technical teams with occasional business and application usability questions; 
• Analyze and solve problems; 
• Analyze preferences and requests from end users; 
• Support business areas during the project and issues; 
• Establish frequent contact with stakeholders; 
• Plan or assist in launches and updates; 
• Monitor work progress. 

For this position, you should have: 

• Advanced/Fluent English for conversation; 
• Be studying Engineering or related fields; 
• Be a technology enthusiast; 
• Ease in assertive communication and negotiation; 
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and dynamism in varied situations; 
• Results-oriented and ability to propose continuous improvements; 
• Attention to detail and quality; 
• Ability to work with teams and clients of different nationalities; 
• Interest in innovation and continuous learning.
